Human Influences
From the time of the industrial revolution in the Western world, the levels of greenhouse gas in the environment have increased dramatically. These gases include carbon dioxide, methane and nitrous oxide.
Aerosols, motor car exausts, factory released gases, clearing forests by burning, wind from cows and sheep (really!) and a host of other sources for the releasing of these gases by burning, have led to changes in the composition of the Earth's atmosphere and the consequential resulting damage to the atmosphere and the ozone level.
