The atomic number of an element is the number of protons in it's nucleus.
The relative atomic mass is determined by the total number of protons and neutrons.
Up to and including Bismuth, with an atomic number of 83, the nuclei are stable.
From Bismuth onwards the elements are radioactive, there are no stable nuclei from this point.
